We received the following information from Blackboard Collaborate Ultra support.
Earlier this afternoon, the Collaborate Ultra server was down, causing Collaborate Ultra to be unavailable for all clients in the US. Many Collaborate outages have occurred over the past two weeks, and maintenance was done to attempt to fix the issue. Another fix was applied this morning, but we still experienced an unexpected outage this afternoon. Work continues to identify and resolve these issues, and Bb Collaborate Ultra Support apologizes for this severe inconvenience.
