Article Summary: Blackboard will be ending all support for the Course Cartridges by December 31, 2019. Please review this Support Bulletin for additional information.
Please be aware of the following:
- As of June 30, 2019, Blackboard will discontinue services for Course Cartridges and will no longer enter into any new Cartridge Distribution Agreements (“CDA’s”).
- Blackboard will continue to support content providers with unexpired CDA contracts through December 31, 2019.
- Content providers with CDA contracts that end during the spring semester have the option to sign an amendment with Blackboard to extend their contracts through June 30, 2019 (for an additional fee).
- The Blackboard team is available to discuss solutions for content delivery in a different format.
- At the completion of all CDA contracts, the Learn course option to “Import Course Cartridge” will be removed.
